Subject:
California Farm Scenes
The rugged mountains in the background indicate that this farm was likely in California. There is a palatial residence on this farm and I think I spotted a gas well in one scene which probably means that petroleum rather than veggies has made this farmer rich. The most impressive thing though is the contraption that they use to pick up the beans shell them and bag em. Looks like a small factory on wheels the narrator correctly states. Then they dig up the biggest carrots I've ever seen.
Lots to see and learn about farming in the mid 20th century. Mezz'cans did the work then, too. That part hasn't changed.
